Sercan Savaşer

Sercan Savaşer, after being graduated from Küçükçalık Anatolian High School, he studied at Ankara University Faculty of Law. He graduated from university in 2010 and he is accepted to Murat Law Office as a trainee lawyer .

He attended an American Legal System program in the U.S.A. at International Law Institute which is affiliate of Georgetown University, after he gained practices on Public Procurement Law, Industrial Property Law and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at Murat Law Office. He immediately after studied on American Patent and Trademark System.

He represents and provides legal supports and consultancy for foreign and local clients especially on disputes arising from Intellectual Property Law, Lease Law, Enforcement Law and Corporate Law. He is focused on national and international registration of trademarks, transaction disputes of Turkpatent, management of arbitration process regarding internet domain disputes, automotive and retail practices, enforcement and bankruptcy procedures, agency and qualified sales agreement including export and import.

He is fluent in English and he is beginner in German. Sercan Savaşer continues his career in Murat Law Office as a lawyer and a trademark attorney. He is a member of INTA (The International Trademark Association).
