Zeynep Aykaç graduated with honors degree from Atılım University after completing her undergraduate education at TED Ankara College Foundation Schools. She commenced her legal career with an internship at the Competition Authority, subsequently acquiring extensive experience by working in various law firms specializing in a range of legal areas, including Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal and Administrative Law.

At Murat Law Office, she plays an active role in auditing the compliance of many contracts, especially non-disclosure agreements, sales agreements and service agreements , while also providing strategic consultancy. She also manages the personal data protection law (PDPL) compliance processes of companies, shapes strategic corporate service procurement agreements and provides comprehensive consultancy on software and cooperation agreements. Furthermore, she advises clients on debt disputes arising within the scope of Commercial and Litigation Law before the courts and through external settlement agreements and meticulously carries out litigation processes for the collection of high-value receivables.

Zeynep has recently been developing negotiation strategies for mediation processes, with the aim of resolving disputes quickly and effectively. She contributes to finding the most appropriate solutions by establishing a balance between the parties. She guides clients through the mediation process in relation to reemployment, labour receivables, compensation and commercial disputes. In addition, she ensures that the legal process is managed efficiently.

Additionally, she provides consultancy services in the preparation, renewal and termination processes of qualified and large-scale lease agreements. In Family Law, she plays an active role in the monitoring of uncontested and contentious divorce cases, alimony and compensation claims.

She also ensures that issues arising from the beginning to the end of the employer-employee relationship are resolved in accordance with procedures and legal requirements, and, if necessary, provides assistance in amending the client's procedures to comply with the law. Specifically, she advises in the follow-up of cases of reinstatement and labour claims and dismissal issues, the compliance of the working environment with the current legislation, especially in the area of health and safety, the revision and amendment of employment contracts and related procedures in the light of the practice of the Supreme Court of Appeals, the drafting of protocols and requests for defense, warnings and dismissals specific to each concrete situation.
