Zeynep Aykaç graduated with honors degree from Atılım University after completing her undergraduate education at TED Ankara College Foundation Schools. During her license studies, she completed internships at various offices and the Competition Authority.

Afterwards, during her legal internship, she gained experience by working in various fields such as Commercial Law, Company Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Administrative Law.

At Murat Law Office, she provides legal advice on compliance with contracts, in particular with regard to non-disclosure agreements, lease agreements, sales agreements and service agreements. Specifically, he advises on the resolution of disputes through mediation, the follow-up of cases of reinstatement and labor claims, the follow-up of dismissal issues, the compliance of the working environment with the current legislation, especially in the area of health and safety, the revision and amendment of employment contracts and related procedures in the light of the practice of the Supreme Court of Appeals, the drafting of protocols and requests for defense, warnings and dismissals specific to each concrete situation.

Additionally, she ensures that issues arising from the beginning to the end of the employer-employee relationship are resolved in accordance with procedures and legal requirements, and, if necessary, provides assistance in amending the client's procedures to comply with the law.
