Elif Ece Eray
Elif Ece Eray graduated with honors from İzmir University of Economics in 2018. Since the beginning of her career, she has developed extensive expertise in Immigration Law, Criminal Law, Litigation and Bankruptcy Law, Insurance Law, and Personal Data Protection Law.
Elif has been actively involved in administrative sanctions against foreigners, notably in legal proceedings concerning deportation decisions. Furthermore, she has played an effective role in the enforcement and litigation processes for the collection of defaulted debt of banks.
Her experience includes providing legal consultancy to both individual and corporate clients, managing lawsuits, and engaging in complex negotiations. Beyond Turkish law, she has actively worked in various law firms in the United States, particularly in litigation cases and procedures. She oversees administrative lawsuits and legal proceedings in energy law while maintaining an active role in resolving disputes arising from zoning regulations.
Elif also advises domestic and international companies on matters arising from their commercial activities, particularly in the fields of Tax Law and Commercial Law. Her practice includes the drafting, review and negotiation of domestic and international sales agreements and general terms and conditions of sale, the conduct of litigation arising from tax disputes, and concordat proceedings. She is also involved in legal matters concerning criminal and administrative liabilities that companies may face in connection with their commercial activities, as well as the recovery of receivables arising from cross-border commercial relations and the resolution of contractual disputes.
