Harun Çat
Harun Çat graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and completed his master's degree in Labor and Social Security Law at Ankara University Social Sciences Institute, where he is currently continuing his doctoral studies in the same department. He completed his master's degree with a thesis titled "Outsourcing in Turkish Labor Law." During his university education, he studied for one year at Universidad de Oviedo, where he took law courses in Spanish.
Throughout his career, he has actively participated in litigation and consultancy processes in various legal fields for numerous clients from diverse sectors, including energy, mining, electricity distribution, and petroleum companies operating both domestically and internationally. He has gained particular experience in labor law cases. During this period, he also had the opportunity to handle labor law cases related to collective labor law, such as objections to union authorization, determination of work sectors, and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements for a leading union. He has a very good command of English and an intermediate level of Spanish. His main areas of interest are labor law and commercial law.
