Aysu Atılır
Aysu Atılır graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law with an honors degree and completed her master's degree in Corporate and Commercial Law at Queen Mary University of London, following her legal internship.
She provides support to domestic and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters and provides legal consultancy on corporate law transactions. In particular, she works actively in the realization of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, execution of due diligence processes, shareholder and share transfer agreements, execution of general assembly and board of directors processes, capital increase and decrease and share transfers.
Aysu Atılır has experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution. In particular, she has experience in representing clients before ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) in disputes arising from FIDIC contracts. In addition, matters such as preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, identification of risks in regulatory compliance issues such as data protection, consumer law and electronic commerce are also included in the scope of work.
